How have you experienced being a woman in the science sector?
Ileana Morales, Quality Control Manager at Benchmark Genetics Fellsmere, has always inspired me… since I started this career. She is also a mom and a scientist whom I look up to and work with almost every day!
This is a photo of my son, Wyatt and I. He is 5 months old and a joy. I am proud to continue my role as Production Manager at our facility, especially as a first-time mom now!
