Health, safety and well-being is at the core of who we are.  We take our people’s health, safety and well-being very seriously. From a globally available Employee Assistance Programme to our internal network of Mental Health First Aiders, we are committed to providing our colleagues with the necessary training, tools and resources to get home safely every day. Our deeply embedded, support and prevention-focused health, safety and being well culture ensures we take care of and look out for each other.

We operate across 26 countries and we value the diversity that this brings across cultures, ethnicity, age, educational background, physical or mental abilities, sexual orientation, and gender identity and perspectives. We create an open environment where everyone, from any background, can do their best work and most importantly where people can be themselves.

In 2023, we formed a Diversity Inclusion & Belonging (DIB) Working Group. The goals of the group are to identify any issues with diversity and inclusion in Benchmark and to generate an action plan in order to maintain an inclusive culture and environment in Benchmark globally.
