The new hires to Benchmark’s dedicated Technical Services team will provide specialist support to Ectosan ® Vet and CleanTreat® customers.
Benchmark Animal Health have appointed two Strategic Sea Lice Managers to their Technical Services team to provide support to customers using Benchmark’s ground-breaking new sea lice solution Ectosan® Vet and CleanTreat®.
The two new appointments, Lene Stokka and Catrine Smørås, bring a wealth of industry experience and will act as the primary points of contact for Ectosan® Vet and CleanTreat® customers.
Stokka and Smørås will provide personalised treatment support, driving best practices and ensuring that Benchmark customers get the most value from their treatments. Where Benchmark Animal Health products are used as part of an Integrated Pest Management system, Benchmark’s Technical Services team will collaborate directly with customers and assist in the delivery of successful treatment strategies.
Benchmark’s Technical Services team provide complete customer support at all treatment stages. The team are fully involved in treatment planning and are the key contact for customers. In addition, Benchmark already has a dedicated team to support the wellboats used in treatments with Ectosan®Vet – to ensure compliance with all requirements of the medicine.
Lene Stokka was first to be appointed in these newly created roles. She joined Benchmark in July 2021, with previous experience working as a fish health biologist for Mowi and HaVet. Stokka has specialised in fish health throughout her career and has seen first-hand the issues caused by sea lice.
The latest addition to the team, Catrine Smørås, joined Benchmark last month from the Institute of Marine Research (IMR), Norway, where she worked as a fish health biologist. Prior to this, she worked for Mowi and Åkerblå, a specialist fish health company.
