Job Purpose

Coordination and supervision of all logistics activities related to exporting and importing our live products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate communication between sales, production and Pack Out Coordinator to properly distribute animals and schedule shipments to customers.
  • Be contact person in Fellsmere for customers.
  • Assemble review and submit in time, all permits, certificates and travel documents required for each shipment / customer
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders the proper flights and routes.
  • Keep proper and very detailed sales records. Keep all data organized to ensure traceability.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience coordinating complex logistic operations with tight schedules and deadlines.
  • Experience packing and shipping live animals, preferable Shrimp, or any perishables.
  • Professional level of spoken and written English essential.

  • Extremely organized.
  • Good problem solving and able to use own initiative
  • Excellent team player, excellent communication skills.
  • Highly focussed on task completion
