Samantha demonstrated Commercial drive with a new much needed initiative to save time and effort in the approval process for Benchmark Holdings PLC invoices. Sam used her initiative to set up and drive the implementation of an efficient and automated process for approvals, which has replaced a lot of manual chasing and email correspondence.
With her positive attitude and patient guidance, Samantha has helped all cost centers to adopt the new process which was a significant change for a number of people. This has not only ensured that invoices are now registered more timely and that people are able to locate them for approval much more efficiently, but has also greatly improved controls in the monitoring of Benchmark’s expenditure.
